Completion of LMC Share Buy-Back
Lemarne Corporation Limited is pleased to advise, that on completion of the off market share
buy-back which closed on Friday 30 July 2004, the buy-back price has been calculated to be
$2.52 per share. This consists of a fully franked dividend of $1.01 and a capital component of
$1.51.
The All Industrials Index at the close of trading on 30 July 2004 was 3992.30.
The number of shares to be bought back and cancelled is 3,614,606 and the total consideration
payable for those shares is $9,108,807.12.
