MARKET ANNOUNCEMENT
HGL GROUP SELECTIVE SHARE BUY-BACK COMPLETED
We refer to our announcement of 8 September 2003 and advise that completion of the share
buy-back from HGL Group Pty Ltd (“HGL Group”) took place today.
HGL Group received the sum of approximately $5.9 million (after expenses) in return for the
cancellation of its 3,306,369 shares in Lemarne Corporation Limited.
